cannot view saved .jpg files

When saving a internet photo I only have the choice
of .art or .bmp option. When saved i cannot open it in any
format. When viewing properties it says it is a .jpg file.
Cannot open the file....only have icon saying file is there

Easy to fix.
Go to this site, bottom of the page
