cannot view photos downloaded from the web

I cannot view the photos (.jpg) I downloaded from the web.
Besides, there is only 2 options of saving it...as .art
or .bmp. Both extensions cannot be viewed on the photo
viewer. Please help!!! Anyone???

Danny, I had the same trouble. I found that if you
add .bmp to the end of the pic name, it'll burn correctly.
But, it sucks having to add that to every single
picture...Can anyone tell us a way to have that option
listed in the drop down box?
