Cannot view invisible mails

S

Sony John

my friend sends me mails in WHITE FONT COLOR, so that no one else can see it
in one look at my screen...And then what I do is to select all text by CTRL+A
and then read the messages....But when i select all text (CTRL+A), i am not
able to see the text...just a blue background highlighting is visible. What
should I do to see these texts?..please understand that the mail has to be
send in White Color (invisible) mode..

I didnt have this problem when I was using Windows Mail..I just used
select CTRL+A and then all text was visible..I just started using Outlook
2007 recently and then faced this problem. Please send a reply soon. THANK
YOU.

Are you sure there is text in the body? Right click on the message body and
choose View Source - can you see the text there?

Are you using an antivirus scanner on email? (Disable it.)

Assuming there is text in the email, hit CTRL+A to select all, then CTRL+C
to copy, then paste the text in another program like notepad or wordpad when
you're ready to read it. To open either of these "pads", go to Start > Run
and type "notepad" or "wordpad" (no quotes).

use Left-CTR + Left-Shift + PRTSCR

it will show your Vista in High Contrast colours with inverting selection.

This behaviour is normal in office 2007 and Vista

Mr. Brandon,

Thanks for your reply..But it does not solve my problems..See, even i
know we can copy-psate it in another note and see it...But can you think of
the situation in which I have to reply to the mails very often, and do you
think this idea is feasible?...i dont think so..The issue here is - this
friend sends me mails always in Invisible Mode...so i cant follow your step
always..
@MVP - there is text obviously..the person types the body of the mail first,
then chooses it and makes it White Font..and then sends it to me...we have
been doing this for the past 6 months in Windows Mail (Vista)...but ever
since i shifted to Outlook 2007 from last week, i am facing this problem..

Thank you..

this friend sends me mails always in Invisible Mode...

Why don't you and your friend get yourseves digital certificates so you can
send each other encrypted mail that no one else will be able to read? Using a
font color that matches the background color isn't very secure.
