Cannot view fax after installing SP2

Before installing SP2, my fax console was working fine.
Now, whenever I receive a fax and double click on it to
view the fax, fax console shuts down. Any suggestions on
how to resolve this problem? Thanks very much.

Do you see anything in the Event Viewer? To invoke event viewer go to the
"Run" window and type eventvwr.
