cannot view amazon or paypal

since installing norton internet security explorer will not view
amazon.co.uk or paypal.co.uk, all other sites seem ok. Any suggestions, I
have already tried uninstalling norton, to no avail!
 
You have to setup these sites as a "trusted" in the firewall settings of
Norton Internet Security.
