Cannot uninstall ANY applications

When I go into the add/remove MMC, I cannot uninstall ANY applications
from there. Every one I try to remove just freezes the removal process
and I have to end it. Other than that and the fact that every network
connection says "TCP/IP is not enabled", the computer is working
fine... Any ideas?

Try it in safe mode.

How to boot into Safe Mode:

You need to hit F8 during boot, just after the BIOS info switches to black
screen. Or...

Go to Start/Run/Msconfig. Boot.Ini and check off /SafeBoot. Apply/Ok,
reboot.
Note: Before leaving safe mode, revert.
