cannot share folders

Hi all
I right clicked a folder and tried to reach "sharing" or "properties".
Non of the dialogs appeard.
Please advise

Thanks for the reply.
Re-installing IIS helped me.
Reminds me the vb4 days where every problem was solved by re-installing
office....

FYI: It also solved another problem I had: The network icon did not appear
on the system tray unless I went to the control panel->networking or started
outlook.
