I can not send email via outlook 2003. My system including my ISP checks out ok
this problem arose quite suddenly after 18 months of trouble free use.
I can receive my mail perfectly as before.
when I change back to outlook express I have no problem at all
I have checked everything possible including my account address and when I
test my connections with outlook mail manager the test is sent to my inbox
perfectly
but when I compose and send the email dissapears completely and is not
delivered
Can someone PLEASE HELP me THANK YOU
Gerry Kenny

Hi Kathleen
no the email is gone as if it was delivered normally. it is not in outbox,
deleted items
or inbox, the only copy is in the sent items as normal. I was sending mail
for several days completely oblivious to the fact they were not being
delivered, until a friend phoned to say he had not received my email Thank
you for trying to help
Regards
Gerry Kenny

Is this the only recipient who has not received emails? Does your ISP have
webmail available to you and can you send an email successfully from it?

Hi Kathleen,
I have sent out a total of 65 emails and not one has been delivered
Today I sent mail to 3 of the same addresses using outlook express, same ISP
same comp. and system all were delivered as normal, and yes my isp does have
webmail and yes the mail is delivered perfectly, as it is using OE but using
Outlook
I am at my wits end
Thank you again for your help
Gerry

If the message made it to the Sent Items folder, then your ISP accepted the
message and it's a problem on the ISP side.
