FIRST OF ALL, WHEN POSTING A THREAD FOR ASSISTANCE, YOU NEED TO PROVIDE AS
MUCH INFORMATION IN ORDER FOR US TO HELP YOU. YOU CALLED YOUR ISP... GOOD.
KEEP CALLING THEM AND GET TO A TIER 3 TECHNICIAN. THEY ARE THE MOST
EXPERIENCED IN MY OPINION. THEY PROBABLY COULD HAVE FIXED THIS PROBLEM BY
NOW (IF IT IS NOT ALREADY FIXED).

NOW, IF YOU HAVE TWC LIKE I DO, THEN HERE IS AN EXAMPLE TO FOLLOW:

smtp-server.satx.rr.com is the SMTP (OUTGOING MAIL)

you will do it this way and make it whatever your city and state is.

EX:
smtp-server.nyc.rr.com is the SMTP (OUTGOING MAIL)

you will CHANGE the city and/or state to yours:

pop-server.____________.rr.com is the POP3 (INCOMING MAIL)
smtp-server.___________.rr.com is the SMTP (OUTGOING MAIL)
