Cannot see the modified date of a file in pop-up box.

Cannot see the modified date of a file in pop-up box which is enabled in
tools, folder options, view tab then check the box "Show pop-up description
for folder and desktop items.

Perhaps it's an image file.

This option turns off the pop-up box altogether, the problem the user has is
it has some information but not the "Modified date" information. I found the
registry setting for this option it's in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\CURRENTVERSION\EXPLORER\ADVANCED - NAME:
ShowInfoTip which is set to (1) Enabled. (0) is Disabled

It is only on the mapped network drives and follows PC not logged in user?

Only Network mapped drives are affected "Cannot see a files "Date Modified"
but can see the Name, Size, Type.
