Missing details in pop-up description box

The resolution of the picture used to show up in the pop-
up description box whenever I hover my cursor over it.
Now it shows me only the type, date modified and size.
Its as if windows can no longer read the resolution of
pictures. Can anyone help rememdy this minor problem?

Hi Malcolm,

Type REGSVR32 /i SHELL32 in RUN box.

If that does not help, mention the extension of the image filetype.
