Okay I have 2 problems.

1. I have something in my registry that is not installed, I installed
the wrong audio drivers and when I tried to remove them, it wouldn't
let me. I even went into regedit and deleted the files, it still shows
in my registry. I get this error:

Error Code: -5009 : 0x80040703
Error Information:
Ctor\ObjectWrapper.cpp (163)
Ctor\ObjectWrapper.cpp (402)
Kernel\Component.cpp (1163)
Kernel\CABFile.cpp (389)
SetupDLL\SetupDLL.cpp (1541)

PVENDOR:Realtek Semiconductor Corp.

@Windows XP Service Pack 2 (2600) BT_OTHER 55456.18

2. I have a folder on my computer in program files called microsoft
frontpage>version 3.0>bin

Yes, the folder is in all lowercase.

All the folders are EMPTY and I do not even have frontpage on my
computer. However, when I try and delete it, it says:

cannot delete bin it is being use by another person or file.

I even tried deleting from safe mode, it deleted it, but when I
rebooted, guess what... it came back!

I'm going bonkers on who to remove these files/folders. Can someone
PLEASE HELP ME!

It might be that the files you try to delete are in use by a process. You
need to kill the process in order to delete a file. Why does the front page
bother you? It is a system file, leave it as it is.

For question #1, have you tried a System Restore rollback?

Use System Restore to Undo Changes if Problems Occur:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/helpandsupport/learnmore/systemrestore.mspx

For #2, "microsoft frontpage" folder is protected by Windows File
Protection, so simply leave the folder alone.
