All of a sudden I cannot receive any mail, can send, everyone that e-mails
me says they get a notification that __kinjt@comcast. is not a valid address,
the first three letters are not coming up in the receive mail, my full
address is (e-mail address removed).

Sounds like your messages are going out with either the 'From'
address or the 'Reply-To' address improperly formatted.
In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, click
Properties, and on the General tab inspect your "E-mail address"
and "Reply address" entries for errors.

.
Gary email address is ok, still same problem, funny, this happened all of a sudden, don't know how or why.

The only other suggestion I have is to delete that account, restart
Windows Mail, then recreate the account.

Are you able to send an email to yourself, and does it arrive in your Inbox?
