Cannot Receive email, but can send them

Hi, I seem to not be able to receive emails from certain people, but i can
send them. I'm not sure what to do. Can someone help me please?

If you do receive some emails, then it's not a Windows Mail problem.
Go online to your webmail to see if some of those messages are in
a spam folder.
