Cannot re-install Office 2003 professional in my Window XP Home OS

Hoping someone can help me to solve this problem, when I tried to re-install
my Office 2003 software, not long after clicking the disc setup.exe, a Window
Installer window pop up and indicated following message:
'This patch package could not be opened, verify that the patch exists and
that you can access it or contact the application vendor to verify that this
is a valid window installer patch package'
