Cannot Print

Printless

I have HP Deskjet 932c which has been working fine up to
now. The printer is OK because it will print in "test
print" function. Printer cables are connected. I have
uninstalled and re-installed the printer in windows.
There are not error messages resulting from using "print"
command. However, there is no print job showing up in the
print que. Any ideas?
 
Hi,

Un-install the printer driver. do not forget to clean the
pritner DLLs and registry before re-installing.
