cannot ping any computer at my i-net cafe

i have an internet cafe here...first all are running smoothly.obtaining ip
address automatically and internet connection sharing is ok...but now after i
reinstalled the softwares on one of my computers but then it cant ping any of
the computers in the network and has no internet connection shared...the
error message is "Cannot open search page". eventhough the same configuration
is appleid...by the way i have a Windows Xp professional as a server and
windows 98 as clients...any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks

If the server is the computer that you reinstalled then, you need to enable
"Internet Connection Sharing" again. If you don't do that, there is no
internet connection. Of course, having the same configuration and changing
the server software leads to a misunderstanding between the clients and the
server.
