When i open outlook a box opens saying:
'The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook
must be online or connected to complete this action.'
My laptop is online... So i press okay

Then another box comes up...
Microsoft Exchange Server
Asking for Microsoft exchange server:
then... mailbox:

What does this mean?

When i press cancel another message comes up saying...
"unable to open your default email folders, the file ........ is not an
offline folder file.

I am very confused...what should i do? I've already uninstalled and
installed again...
Any help would be much appreciated!

Your Outlook looks like it has not been or has badly been configured. Access
control panel / Mail and setup your outlook account properly.
If you are in a corporate network, contact your system administrator or
exchange administrator or helpdesk staff to get it done...
