Cannot Open Outlook 2003

A few months ago, I upgraded to the trial version of Outlook 2007. After the
trial was over, I uninstalled it and reinstalled Outlook 2003. After the
install however, I can no longer open Outlook. I recieve the error:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Outlook could not start because
a data file to send and recieve mail could not be found. To add a data file,
such as a personal folder file, double-click the Mail icon in Windows Control
Panel."

When I try to add a data file, I recieve no selections to choose from, just
an empty selection box. In 2007, I had my an Exchange server mailbox, as well
as my Hotmail and Gmail inboxes set up. When I try the "check name" option
while setting up the Exchange server again, I get an error:

"There was an error locating one of the items needed to complete this
operation. It might have been deleted."

If I ignore this error and just click "next", I recieve the following error:

"The account you have added is not fully configured. It might not work
properly until re-configured correctly."

I have already tried uninstalling/re-installing Outlook, as well as
Repairing it. I know this is a lot of info and erros to be giving in one
message, but I could really use some help in getting this fixed and just
wanted to give as complete a picture as possible of the situation. Thanks in
advance!

You need to go to Programs and Features in Control Panel and uninstall Business Contacts Manager for Outlook 2007 (but you may leave SQL 2005 installed)

Here is the only thing I have found to work:
http://blog.maccarocks.com/2006/07/19/rolling-back-from-outlook-12-2007-beta-release-2/

find and delete all occurances of Mapisvc.inf and restart Outlook.

Hope this helps.
