Cannot open linked tables

When I link tables from another access database that is placed on the
network I am unable to open the tables. No error message is reported.
Nothing happens. Forms based on these link tables can be opened and data can
be viewed an updated. Data can be retrieved via queries but the queries
cannot be opened in design mode.


I am using Access 2000 SR-1 with Jet 4.0 SR-7.

Any Ideas

Try - re-creating the link - delete the table and link again - or if it's
installed - there is a Linked Table Manager under Tools. It sounds like
it's lost the link to the server.
