Cannot Open IE

I was cleaning out my PC this morning and must have deleted
something that has to do with IE because it quit working.
Everything else on my pc seems to work fine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but it doesn't work.
I am running Windows 2000 SP4.

I even went thru windows explorer and clicked on the .exe
file from there because I thought maybe it was a shortcut
problem.

Any ideas?
 
I have the same problem on one of the account on the same computer.
Somewhere the user configuration or environment is different but I don't
know what. Can you try create another user and see if that user can launch
the browser.
