Cannot move e-mails to Sent Items Folder

I am having trouble moving e-mails to the Sent Items Folder.
When I send an e-mail, the e-mail is obviously send but it is still in the
Outbox Folder.
Somehow the e-mail doesn't automatically move to the Sent Items Folder. Even
if I try to move to the folder manually, I get an error message saying I
can't do that. I can, however, move the e-mail to other folders such as
Draft, Inbox.
Does that mean there is something wrong with the Sent Items Folder?

I did a pst repair using the scanpst.exe program but it still didn't work.
