Cannot Login to MSN passport and/or Hotmail in IE6 with Win XP Pro

Followed the instruction on KB813444 including system restore and system file checker. Read every thing in Sandi's site. Still unable to login. No error message. Keeping trying to opening the page for hours

Can any one help?.

Hotmail is classed as a secure site, requiring that your computer be able to
negotiate SSL protocols.

Also, make sure your computer's date, time and regional settings are correct
and delete any cookies associated with the problem site(s).
