Cannot launch Add/Remove Programs

Wneh I Go to Start->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs I
get nothing. In TaskBar I see that there is a new process
called mshta.exe, If I try to launch this "Add/Remove" I
see another proccess with the same name and so on, and so on.
I've updated IE to 6 version - but the problem remained the
same. Can anyone suggest anything to settle this problem?
