Cannot Install Terminal Server Admin Mode in W2K Srv

Hai..!

I have Win 2000 Srv with sp4..with application Office
2000, SQL Server and WinFax..Service enabled IIS...but
when I try to install the Terminal Service Remote-Admin
mode and after installed successfully but the Terminal
Service Cannot enabled..Hence, I could not install the TS
Remote admin mode in that Win 2000 Server...What is the
problem cause?....Help Me..!

Does the terminal service appear in the services mmc?

Once you install it and go to add/remove windows
components, does the system tell you that terminal
services is installed or is the box unchecked?

Ya..In Add/Remove Windows components, does the Terminal
Service is installed with checked mark...!
