Cannot Install Fax Service in Windows XPPro SP2

It asked me for a WinXPPro SP2 CD. My original CD is an OEM with SP2 but
it would not install either. I tried the additional components install
using the CD but no dice. Any other option?

Other than the prompt for the Pro cd, during other attempts did you get any
error messages? What version is your oem sp2?

try www.dll-file.com ...free downloads of missing dll files....you may
have to register it with regsvr32....have a good one....j

I tried the suggested procedure in the link you gave. Sorry to say, it did
not work. Any other ideas?
