Problem installing fax service

When I try to add the Windows component "fax service", I get an error message
asking for "fxsapi.dll", which I cannot find anywhere on my computer or the
installation CD. Please help.

Have you done a Search for the fxsapi.dll file? There should be a copy
of it under C:\Windows\System 32. But if not, if you have installed SP2
and have the disk, there's also a copy of the fxsapi.dll on it. It may be
listed as fxsapi.dl_ meaning you have to expand it using MSConfig.
