Can't receive faxes - Windows XP

I set up the fax console and I can send faxes, but I can't receive them
- the phone rings, answers and then this message "an error occurred
while receiving the fax". I followed the directions here:

Any suggestions? When I called Dell, all they would help me with is
that the fax console is installed and referred my to Microsoft.

Spend a few dollars at the cheapest store you can find and
buy a dedicated FAX machine, a much better solution.

Or get a free EFax number and send from your computer and
get FAXES on their number. They will send you an email with
the FAX attached.
