CANNOT INSTALL EXPLORER 7.0 IE7 WINDOWS XP-X86-ENU

I am currently running Windows Version 5.1 SP2. I downloaded Explorer 7.0
IE7; however, I cannot install the program.

Before I downloaded Explorer 7, I deleted approximately 20 GB of files
and/or programs from my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IE7 related questions should be posted in the IE7 newsgroup. Please provide
more info, such as what exactly happens when you try to install, what are
the steps you take to do the install, what happens, doesn't happen, and any
error messages verbatim.

There are quite a few posts there so peruse them for something on topic
before posting a new message.

First, note that IE7 questions are much more appropriate in an IE7
newsgroup, where you are much more likely to get knowledgeable answers.

Second, when you do ask a question, wherever you ask it, please help your
hepers by supplying adequate information. What does "I cannot install the
program" mean? What happens when you try? If you get an error message,
please quote it verbatim.
