Cannot initialize My Safe folder

Every time I try to save a file of an office Application I get a dialog box
from "Protector Suite" with the message "Cannot initialize My Safe folder.
Failed to create new remote connection" The dialog Box has two buttons "OK"
and "Details>>" If I click "OK" the dialog box goes away and I continue
working normally. If I click "Details>>" I get a list of Codes with numbers
and letters with a Description next to it with the message:
Cannot initialize My Safe folder,
Cannot get file disk lock state,
Cannot get file disk path,
Cannot get file disk,
Cannot create remote instance of class 'CID_PSHome::Main' with interface
'IID_PassportHolder' on the server '00000000fusserver'. ,
Failed to create a new remote connection.

This behavior started to happen once I got support from Norton Remote
support. I have been reading the knowledge base but I don’t get a
comprehensive answer that I can understand. Norton has no interest in helping
me if i don’t pay again 70.oo USD to fix a problem that they created.

This problem bothers me allot and i feel that i will loose my work.

If some one can help me I would appreciate it.

The Norton client software should be putting some pretty clear entries in
Add/Remove for you to take it all out.
