Cannot host a meeting using netmeeting

I work at an IT department and I have a user that cannot host meeting using
netmeeting ever since his system was upgraded with office 2003. He was able
to use it before the upgrade. His logging into an ILS account.

If someone else hosts the meeting, his fine. He can communicate with anyone,
but his unable to host the meeting. If I try calling him I can see on my end
that the phone is ringing but at his end, you can't see anything or anyone
dialing in. He doesn't a message that someone is calling so that he can
accept the call.

I've gone to the security section and made sure they were set the same as
mine, since I host meeting on my PC. I've also taken his PC to my network
drop and doesn't seem to work either. So we know it's not a firewall issue
or router.

OS: Windows 2000. SP4
Office suite 2003

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Just FYI.
I've met that.
My solution is re-install msnetmtg.inf and it seems to be fine.
step: search the msnetmtg.inf on %root%\system32, right click and select
"Install"
Have a try and report the result.

Robert,
I'm having the exact same problem as the original poster. I uninstalled and
reinstalled netmeeting but I'm still not able to host a "meeting." The first
screen shows that I'm in a call but as soon as I click the Share button the
new panel says I'm not in a call and all of the apps are grayed out.

Any suggestions?
