Cannot get to ONE website

Worked w/ Bellsouth DSL cust svc for an hour w/o fix. Reinstalled IE 2times. Tried to get there via Netscape. all secuity and privacy and advanced IE settings to default. Even traced and pinged the site and the site number from dos prompt w/o problem but cannot get to one site. Also ran spybot, adware and virus scan w/ latest updates and DAT files to no avail. If you have ideas please email me.

Is your PROXY setting turned OFF?
In Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN
Settings -> Everything unchecked.
