Page Cannot Be Displayed

I am running XP Pro SP2 w/IE6 w/one Limited User. The limited user can
connect to the internet just fine except for one or two sites. Yahoo.com is
okay but when I click the Mail link to sign in to receive mail I get the Page
Cannot be Displayed error. This also happens with one other site that I know
of. If I convert the user to administrator everything works fine, but if I
change it back to limited user the problem returns. What could be causing
this and how can I correct the problem?

Thanks, Bob

Apparently I am having the same issue since ran the last Microsoft Windows XP
Updates. Also installed a patch for Internet Explorer (6). Ever since then,
whenever I login to Google, Hotmail, or Yahoo the bar at the bottom of the IE
window states "Done, but with errors on page, it’s the yellow triangle with
exclamation point" .
Any help is appreciated.

I have deleted the MSIE Cache, restarted, rebooted, lowered the Security,
Accepting 3rd party cookies yet same issue, pls help.

Update: I ended up doing my Windows XP System Restore and that seems to have
corrected the problem.
