Cannot get Outlook 2003 to receive my SBC Global Pop3 E-mail

I recently updated to Office 2003 Student edition from Office 2000
Professional. I cannot get Outlook to recieve mail from my SBCGlobal Pop3
account. I removed Outlook Express and setup SBC to leave a copy on the
server, but it still doesn't work. I am unimpressed.

Did you set up the POP3 server as, "smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com"? Did you
enter your entire email address as the userid?

If you really removed Outlook Express, Outlook will not function
properly.
