Please can somebody help.
I keep getting this message every time i start up
"cannot find windows\system32\tools\lostrun.exe".
What do i do to solve this???

A startup manager like Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel (free) from
http://www.mlin.net/ will help you find and delete this from the
registry. His StartupMonitor is not a bad idea either.

You might want to check and remove spyware too. SWI Forums will help
you with this. You will need Spybot S&D and HijackThis (both free).
