Cannot find server or DNS Error

I have try to open my internet Explorer and I getting Cannot find server or
DNS Error
and this other message in the bottom of my screen
resC:\\Windows/system/SHDOCLL.DLL/dnserror.html how can i fix this problem. I
have a 98 second edition thanks

If you are able to access this site on other computers, try the following
download freely available from the following site:

It will increase the timeout value of the DNS server, which may solve your
issue.
