cannot find file on toolbar

I don't know what I did but I can no longer see the File menu on Frontpage
2000 in my task bar.....normally one see's File, View, Insert, etc..... on
the top most row in the browser. Help!!!!!!!!!! how do I bring it back?

With FP closed, use Start Menu | File Files, search for CmdUI.prf, delete, then re-start FP.
