Cannot fax from Access/Word2003

I have a new OEM computer with
WinXP/MediaCentre2005.


I use the HP Jetsuite HP3100 to fax out directly.

Before the upgrade to the new system I could fax
out letters and reports directly, but now this is
not working, though all is connected as before.

However, I can fax out directly if I do so from a
simple text file.

Why does this work for a text file and not for the
ather applications?

Please help, Frank
 
Jetsuite is an HP application and beyond the scope of this newsgroup.
You'll probably get much better mileage contacting HP on this issue.
