Cannot erase CD-RW

I want to erase the contents of a CD-RW disc but the CD tasks in windows
explorer does not have this option. How do I fix this? Thanks!

i have had this before. I believe some makes of disc's windows does not recognise as being re-writeable and wont give u the option to erase. Try using nero or something like that to erase the disk. Or try putting the cd in a different drive and see if that makes a difference. sounds daft but sometimes works
