Cannot enter standby mode with Bootmagic enabled

I installed partition/boot magic so that I could run a dual boot system, but I know have the problem that when my XP partition wants to go into standby or hibernate mode, my computer restarts instead of turning off or powering down. Anybody got any ideas as to how to get around this? thanks.
 
Do msconfig and uncheck the entry of bootmagic from startup and uncheck the entry of boot magic from services tab
