Cannot download Microsoft Accounting Express 2007

I've searched the hundreds of Discussion Group titles and didn't find one for
this product (unless I missed it).

I have been trying this evening to download the free version of Accounting
Express 2007 without success. I have tried to download it from more than one
location on the microsoft.com website and I have tried both signed out and
signed in.

When I select download a new window opens indicating error HTTP 403 and
states "The website declined to show this webpage. Most likely causes: This
website requires you to log in." And then tells me what else I may try to do.

I am using the latest of IE. I am signed in. I have high-speed cable
access. I have tried this some weeks ago and had the same results.

Help please.
