Cannot connect to share printer after reboot

Dear Sir:

I am having troubles with network printer. Hope you can help.

I have a Win2000 PC sharing HP1200 printer in a local network. As I try to
add a network printer in WinXP home edition(with SP2), the printer is added
sucessfully. However, everytime whe i restart my computer, the printer shows
the message "Access denied, unable to connect". So i try to login win2000
shared folder first and enter the administrator's password in order to save
the password, but the "Remeber My Password" check box DOES NOT APPEAR, So I
cannot save the password. I think that's why i have to add the printer
everytime when i restart my computer because the password is not retained.
(Another PC in the same network using winXP pro with sp1 works fine with the
printer!) Please tell me what can i do and how?

Thank you very much

Is that something wrong with SP2?
I can't Manage Passwords in the User Accounts tool!
