Cannot access previous CD volumes

Is there any way to access files in previous CD sessions in WinXP?
Under Win2k I had a volumes tab in my CD drive-properties, but cannot
coax it into existence in WinXP. I think it might have been there
courtesy of Nero, but despite having Nero installed now, including Nero
ASPI and CD drivers, and adding the multimount reg fix, I still can't
get it to work.

Has anyone had the same experience? Is there a solution, either with
Nero or an alternative? I've heard of people extracting the whole disk
with ISObuster, but I want to be able to switch between volumes at
will.
