cannot access Hotmail

Cannot access Hot Mail or other sites requiring
authentication.
Cannot even update from Windows site also.
Have already updated Q813951- but the problem still
remains. Need help.

Perhaps it is time to give a miss to Hotmail! How about joining
Yahoo!? Similar to Hotmail except a bit faster.

I am very curious as to why you feel the need to use one of our
employee's e-mail address'. Helen is clearly not the person posting on
these forums as she has no knowledge of half the things she has
allegedly posted about. So why must you frequently keep using her
e-mail address. Please desist from doing this, you do not have
permission and I do not see why your thirst for anonymity should be
associated with Helen or our business.

If that spammer is using Helen's E-mail not much you can do other then
changing her mail address. She may have used it in a News Groups or some
Chat forum. Now is on all spammer's list being listed in this news group. So
is your by the way.
