Cannot access hotmail account

Help I can't access my hotmail account.Whenever I go to my inbox this other
search screen pops up.I have downloaded syware and adware,cleaned up my drive
and defragmented the drive.Still nothing.Can someone give me hand?

I think I found the problem. You downloaded spyware and adware.

It takes a variety of programs to clean your system. Run these programs
to check for spyware/malware. After installing update them, then boot
into safe mode and run them. You should update and run them weekly.

Use Outlook Express to get you Hotmail, it won't be hijacked
(I think).

Just click Tools/Options/accounts/mail/ etc and follow the
prompts. You'll need the username (email address and you
password, Outlook Express "knows" the rest.
