Cancel ad tool bar

I have a tool bar called searchweb2 whiwhe was installed
without asking and i cannot cancel it, i have tried to
delete it in programm files, but comme back after all
reboot,
i have even installed adaware, spybot, to try to delete
it but no way
does anybody have a clue about how killing it forever?

I live in Missouri. Until this last week the weather has been such that
when the weather is good enough I work outside on my 13 acres. I come in
and take a nap. When I wake up we have electrical storms again and I won't
connect my computers during such storms. I got a LOT of reading done.

Oh! well. BTW, storm has damaged my UPS system very recently.
