How do I get rid of this?(http://searchweb2.com/passthrough/newpass2.html)
it's a bar across the bottom of my screen that always comes up when I open ie
I have run adaware and spysweeper but it wont go away any ideas?

Try the following and see if it helps:

Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs
Search down until you find this file and click Remove
