SEARCH tool bar added to Explorer

When I open Explorer 6.0, a blue tool bar has been added
just below the address bar. It's called LoveOnce. I've
tried removing it but it keeps coming back. I run
spyware and adaware, but cannot get rid of it. How can I
do this?
