Can you use movie file as a background in Powerpoint 2003?

I am trying to use a movie file as a background in PowerPoint 2003. Having
text in front. Been attempting but the movie clip comes to the front, hiding
pictures and text.

Any ideas?

Just a guess. - Try placing the text off screen. Then animate the text to
appear on screen after the movie has started to run.

No, movies always stick themselves on top.

Cool. Didn't know Crystal Graphics had come out with that!

I assume that the plug-in has to be installed on the show computer, right?

Yes. Video Backgrounds Player must be installed on the show computer.
