Loop Movie background with text on top

I want to be able to run a Mpg clip as a background on a slide with text over
the top in Powerpoint 2003. At this stage the movie clip always is on top and
text is behind unseen. I have trired all I know like send to front etc but
makes no difference. Is it possible? Can anyone help please?

Fot this particular use you really need to go for a third party add in. Make
sure you try before you but to make sure it will do what you need.

Our tutorial is more suitable for adding subtitles etc to one instance of a
video
